Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:
1 bulb of Honeyhill Garlic for each person

1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A few leaves of Rosemary - optional

 

Directions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

2) Cut off top of bulb of garlic so that all cloves are  cut and exposed

3) Pour olive oil over all the cloves

4) Sprinkle with the rosemary

5) Wrap with foil or place in a garlic roaster

6) Bake at 450 degrees for 30 -45 minutes or until the cloves are soft

When it is done the individual cloves will be golden brown and spreadable like butter.You can use a butter knife to dig the clove right out of its skin.
