½ pound asparagus
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp Downing’s Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Preheat oven to 425oF
- Snap off tough ends (if any)
- Place asparagus in flat roasting dish
- Drizzle with remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
- Bake for 10 minutes, turning once.
- Yield: 2 servings. Enjoy!
