3lbs tomatoes (about 6 medium-large) chopped

1 cup white cooking wine

2 tbsp olive oil

2 small onions chopped

5 cloves garlic --Whole

3 tbsp basil

3 tbsp rosemary

3 tbsp tarragon

3 tbsp oregano

2 bay leaves

4 green onions chopped

Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
