Real Icecream

A delicious and completley healthy desert everyone will love! (Provided the ingredients are are all raw and of the highest quality  )  No anti-freeze in this one! Our neighbors, who are a large family (13) gave us this recipe - they have icecream (a lot!) nearly everyday of the week and are all as slim and healthy as can be! This makes a 4 litres of icecream so you may need to adjust the size of the recipe depending on the size of your icecream freezer (yes, it's worth investing in one!)

6 eggs - beat until very fluffy

1 cup honey - add to eggs and beat a little more

Mix next 4 ingredients with eggs and honey -

5 cups cream

2 cups milk

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla

Now just follow the freezing directions for what ever type of icecream maker you have.  Feel free to experiment adding fruit or nuts or what ever you like but just note that unfrozen things should be added near the end.  After the freezing time is up, scoop it into a shallow container and put in the deep freezer or dig right in!
