Raspberry Vinegar

3/4 cup fresh raspberries
2/3 cup vinegar- white wine or champaign, more if needed

In a clean jar, loosely pack fresh raspberries. Pour vinegar over the fruit until the fruit is completely covered in vinegar. Put lid on and set on counter for 3-5 days until the fruit flavor has absorbed into the vinegar.
