Hanny's Spring Green Pizza

pizza dough - premade or homemade

1-2 tablespoons of olive oil

3-4 stalks of asparagus

2-3 spring onions

1-2 cloves of garlic

5-10 leaves of baby spinach

mozzarella cheese

salt/pepper to taste


Spread pizza dough flat on pizza stone or flat baking sheet. Thinly slice asparagus and spring onions, place into small bowl. Mince garlic, place in bowl. Roughly chop spinach, place in bowl. put olive oil in bowl in veggies. add salt and pepper to taste. Mix. Pour veggie mixture on pizza dough and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 15-20minutes.
