Cut 1 cabbage into "slaw" style strips. Dice 1 small onion to desired consistency. (you can also sliver scallions as well) Mix with 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese, ¼ c. raisins, ½ c. toasted walnuts, 1/8 c. sesame oil, and 2 tbs. lemon juice and salt to taste.
