Black Bean and Peach Salad

2 firm, ripe peaches, chopped
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
kernels from 2 ears of corn
3 scallions, chopped
2 green or yellow peppers, chopped
2-3 jalapeno peppers, minced
juice of 2 limes
salt and pepper to taste
fresh cilantro to taste
(avocado)

Mix all ingredients, chill and serve. This will feed an army, We had it the first day without avocado, then added avocado the second day, and that was great too, so give it whirl if you're so inclined.
