Farmers' Market Spring Salad

Fresh Lettuce

Sugar Snap Peas

Snow Peas

Radishes

Any other fresh veggie desired

Honey

Downing Fruit Farm’s Apple Cider Vinegar

  1.  Bring pot of water to boil
  2.  Tear lettuce into large salad bowl
  3. Wash and string peas
  4. Drop peas into boiling water for 2 minutes, or until bright green
  5. Chill peas by running under cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces
  6. Thinly slice radishes
  7.  Chop any other vegetables as desired
  8. Add all veggies to the lettuce
  9. Mix equal parts honey and Apple Cider Vinegar and shake well
  10. Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!
